I present for your enjoyment Phinehas Tak, or Phin, a new foreign student on the grounds of the Delta Force academy. Representing the prosperous of Egypt, he's the son of the head of a large religious base in the country. Being of high status he's grown up with many servents and even slaves to do his whims for him.

He has an insanely bubbly feminine personality in both speech and gesture, overly friendly and sweet, even when saying the most horrible things. He has a true serpents tongue in that everything he says can come out smooth as silk, when it should in fact hit the listener like low grade sandpaper to their cornea. Double takes come frequently when talking to Phin, as he has a way of saying horribly offensive, often racially/religiously charged things in only the sweetest ways, usually with a friendly and warm expression on his face.

Although he is normally very sweet in mannerism, despite what lies behind his words, the moment you manage to perturb him enough, it becomes blatantly apparent. All the sweet and friendly mannerisms go out the door, and his true personality is revealed. Opened eyes and a popped hood are how you know you've done something very wrong, or you should quickly head in another direction. His mannerisms quickly become far more harsh, his voice less bubbly and all fluidity to his voice quickly turns from kind and charismatic, to downright disturbingly smooth and malicious. He will usually become violent and rash, ready and more than willing to assault both verbally and physically to get his point across.

Due to his upbringing, he's insanely racist or... well.. speciesist I suppose. Having been raised to think as such, he's in the firm belief that all Rodents and Invertebrates are in fact inferior species, who's use at very best is that of either slaves and servants, 'entertainment', labour, or live sacrifice to their God, among other things.

He is 3/4ths Banded Egyptian Cobra, 1/4th Egyptian Asp [Horned Viper]. He is indeed venomous but has a great deal of control over the lethality of his bite, ranging from that of an asp's venom (which causing swelling, hemorrhaging, necrosis, nausea, vomiting and hematuria... yeah, this dick will make you piss blood)
to that of a weakened but still very deadly Egyptian Cobra's venom (Definitely not the time to avoid going to the Headmaster for medical help, assuming you can get there before the neurotoxins set in...).

He is the son of a blue eyed Leucistic Banded Egyptian Cobra with almost golden markings, who holds great status back in his country. His father (Pictured in the bottom right), Baruti Tor, is quite essentially the 'ope' to the religion he stands as a single prophet for. While an oddly war based religion (think 'All for the greater good!), the religion is comprised of inane rituals, sacrifice, repentance threw penance, offerings, social and racial status, and the blind faith in their leader, Baruti, the chosen one their God-like deity speaks to, and through. The religion while mainly nation based, does have multiple other factions world wide, but it is most prominent and fallowed out to the extreme within their country. While on somewhat affiliated with the local government, the constantly growing numbers for this fear tactic cult like religion is a concern amongst surrounding nations. I know its broad, but more will be revealed on the basis of this religion when the time is necessary~

He got the majority of his looks from his father, all be it his are less trustworthy and innocent, and in comparison his charisma is lacking, but regardless his father has taught him well.

Oh yes, and despite his appearance and how he speaks, he is in fact classified as a bully, and one to be avoided at all costs at that...



Believe it or not there IS more but my brain is going to BUST having just sat down and shat this all out right now 8C Im afraid to re-read all of this just to find its inane rambling about nothing, since I haven't slept in two days now and.. well Im just someone who shouldn't write without sleep 8C I hope I haven't made your eyes bleed with all this...

TL;DR -
He's a new bully from egypt who acts like a fruit unless pissed off where he's a malicious religious dick. He hates small mammals and invertebrates, seeing them as servants at best, but usually lower than dogs. His dads the motherfucking pope as it were. You don't want to tick him off, or probably run in to him at all. When his hood is up, gtfo.
